For Patients, Care-providers and those interested in NETS
Patients, care-providers and those interested in neuroendocrine tumor (NET) treatment and management were invited to join us in a day of impactful information and support. The day featured nationally-renowned UCSF and Stanford NET experts, along with other internationally-known physician specialists who spoke on imaging, PRRT, surgery, liver-directed therapy, current clinical trials and helpful strategies in managing stress for both patients and care-providers. The conference is appropriate for those newly diagnosed and those who have been managing NETS for an extended period of time. In addition to general sessions there were smaller breakout sessions for specific disease types, topics and for caregivers.
Presented by the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and NorCal CarciNET Community, in collaboration with Stanford University and with generous support provided by supporters and industry partners.
